Corvid watches the logs, network traffic and configuration changes of cloud-native applications and flags the handful of events that deserve a person's attention. Its detection models are trained on how containers and serverless functions actually behave, so a security team of two or three people can cover infrastructure that changes hundreds of times a day.
Noor had run incident response at a large hosting provider, and Sam had built its internal monitoring tools. We led the seed round in 2017 after watching them turn a week of alert noise at one design partner into eleven real findings. Theo sat on the board for six years.
Palisade acquired Corvid in 2023, when the company had 420 customers and annual revenue above $60 million. Its detection engine now sits at the centre of Palisade's cloud security suite, and much of the original Boston team is still there.
